Do I actually own my site after you build it?

Yes. 100%. You own the domain, the hosting account, the source files, the Google Business Profile, and any accounts we set up on your behalf. We hand you every login. If you ever decide to move to a different provider you can walk out the door with everything.

What if my site is on Wix, Squarespace, or GoDaddy's builder?

Run the free audit and we'll tell you honestly. For platforms like Wix and Squarespace, there's a hard performance ceiling we can't fix from the outside. In those cases we'll recommend Full Launch ($1,500-$2,500) instead of The Fix. You keep your domain and content; we just rebuild you on a platform you actually own.

Two reasons. One, running a boutique agency solo means every hour on a sales call is an hour not working on a client's site — and we'd rather pass that savings on. What if I'm not happy with the work?

For The Fix: we don't collect the final payment until you've seen the before/after report. If something's wrong, we keep working on it or refund you. For Full Launch: 50% upfront, 50% on delivery. If the final site doesn't match what we agreed on, we'll revise until it does or refund the remainder. For Growth: it's month-to-month. Cancel any time.
